Amana refrigerators are a product from Amana Appliances. This company has been founded in 1934 which is during the Great Depression.
It was George Foerstner who was behind the company. He created
walk-in coolers for commercial use. Then in 1947, the company created
the very first upright freezer made for home use. Then came the side by
side freezer/refrigerator after two years.
From being a small company which had its base in Iowa, Amana is now one of the biggest brands in the US. They manufacture a range of appliances that are made to provide what people need - from microwave ovens and ranges for cooking to laundry washers and dryers. They also manufacture refrigerators and freezers.
They have the French door refrigerator - a product that is both stylish and practical. It allows easy access to fresh food that is stored inside. It also has filtered water available for you.
They also have the bottom-freezer refrigerators which give you easy access to the contents and also allow you more space to place whatever you need to store in it.
