Bosch Linea 800 is a counter depth side by side refrigerator that has the same efficiency and performance as the Bosch Linea 500. Though there are minor differences in convenience and safety features.

Bosch Linea 800 has a bright LED interior lighting called CoolGlow™ and features EasyLift™ Shelf that allows you to move the shelf up and down even when fully loaded. EasyLift™ Bin lets you move the bin up and down even when fully loaded. It includes CoolPaks™ which are conveniently stored in their own compartment in the freezer door. It has a frameless exterior ice and water dispenser with LED illumination that serves filtered water and both crushed and cubed ice. The glass shelves are spill proof. The freezer drawers are fully extendable at 90 degree door opening angle.
Bosch Linea 800 boasts the dual evaporator that keeps the air flows and aromas separate between the fridge and the freezer. Multi-Flow Shower Cooling System™ for optimum, uniform cold air circulation. The Freshprotect™ Box features three adjustable temperature sett
ings for fish and meat, dairy and produce. The airfresh carbon filter reduces unwanted odors. The anti-bacterial wall linings provide a hygienic atmosphere. The hide-away water filter maximizes storage capacity. The SuperCool™ and SuperFreeze™ features quickly balance temperatures between cool or frozen items and newly placed goods.
This refrigerator is pretty much the same as Bosh Linea 500. The only difference is its safety feature. Bosch Linea 800 has a Door Open Alarm that gently notifies you when the door is left ajar for over a minute. But it doesn’t have the child lock that is featured in Bosch Linea 500.
Bosch Linea 800 shows its efficiency with its 3 modes – Economy Mode lets you save energy during everyday use. The Vacation Mode is the ideal setting to conserve energy while away for a prolonged period of time. The Sabbath Mode is a special holiday mode that complies with certain religious holiday observances. It is also Energy Star® qualified.

My Bosch B22CS80SNS Refrigerator is a 10 – just great. The people who have posted issues (I’ve read them all) are not realistic and/or whiners. Here’s my review (no I do not work for Bosch or anyone connected with this appliance). I just bought it and love it.
1. It is very sharp looking. 2. It is quiet. Hardly makes any noise running. 3. Keeps freezer and refrigerator compartments very cold to the degree I set them on the front panel. 4. Ice maker is great. Just hold a wide-mouth cup (red beer plastic cup) to the dispenser hole and you won’t get a single cube or crushed ice on floor. Then pour your ice into a small glass if you want. Works everytime. Noise – ice moving or crushing is not objectionable. 5. Get the 800 series model: Better lighting and more shelves. 6. Yes, it has wheels. 7. Read the installation instructions – both doors require wide swing.
